main

public static void main(java.lang.String[] args)

For running as an application. Calls init(). Used in case ran in stand alone mode.

Parameters:

args - An unused parameter.

init

public void init()

Configure the chart and frame, open the frame. Always called.

Overrides:

start

public void start()

Opens a dialog indicating to the user how to customize the chart. Called by init if this is not an applet, otherwise called by JRE. Placed here in start() because otherwise hangs browser "applet initialized" message until user dismisses dialog.

Hides the frame and dialog. Called if frame is closed or applet is closed. If executed as an application, then exits the system.
